A lovely day at Longdown Activity Farm in Ashurst, New Forest, Southampton, UK, with all the animals, a tractor parade and some nifty old steam engines and pumps.
Very educational, both for children and adults, and also great fun. First up are the chugging engines that were on display…and working. There were a few others including ones powering circular saws and other useful devices for the farm. Photos plus a short video of the engines chugging away.
